Incredibly beautiful and absolutely great hotel in a particularly good position close to the lake. Location right by coffee shops as well as train station and city center. Exceptionally good and cozy rooms. Lots of outstanding options for meal.
Wi-Fi was quite slow.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The view from my room was breathtaking and I enjoyed borrowing the hotel's bicycles for a free ride around the city. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff was very helpful and trustworthy.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, being close to the train station and city center. Our room was comfortable and spacious, and we enjoyed the beautiful view of the lake. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, including delicious desserts. The staff were friendly and the internet was reliable. we would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

The Lale Hotel in Sapanca exceeded our expectations. The superb location right on the lake allowed for breathtaking views and easy access to activities. The staff was incredibly friendly, especially Mr. Hasan who was always helpful. The food was delicious and exceeded our expectations, with a wide variety of options including amazing seafood. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we loved the in-room Jacuzzi and sauna in the suite.

the gorgeous scenery left us breathless. the room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely ensuite bathroom. the staff was friendly, polite, and quick to help us whenever needed. the breakfast spread was delicious, and there were plenty of choices for us to pick from. We also appreciated the availability of a fitness center and spa services for a relaxing time.
The slow WiFi signal was a disappointment.

The hotel had a great location by the lake, perfect for relaxing walks and enjoying the beautiful scenery. The staff were friendly and helpful, offering complimentary airport transfers and recommending local restaurants. The room was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. Complimentary tea and coffee during the day was a nice touch.
The hotel could benefit from some improvements in maintenance and amenities. The air conditioning was not efficient, and some rooms were impractical.

The hotel had a great location with stunning lake views. During my Xmas stay, I received complementary treats on my arrival and chocolate in my room daily! the staff were friendly and helpful with recommendations for nearby restaurants.
I had a few issues during my visit. the TV in the room wasn't working, even after multiple calls for assistance.
